Here, it's easy, just visit the blog of the scubadive club of Osny and you will know almost everything... excepted the fact that blog is in french only... so to summarize, there are :
 - trainings at the swimming pool and in deap pools
 - swimmings in rivers,
 - swimmings in the lake of Cergy,
 - dives in the South of France the next week-end, at the end of the month...
